NBSC holds the GINHAWA 1 Program for the administrative and non-teaching staff
Manolo Fortich Bukidnon – The Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) held the GINHAWA I Stress Management Program intended for the administrative and non-teaching staff. A multidisciplinary approach is used by the GINHAWA program to alter the way stress management is carried out. The program consists of 5 stages, with GINHAWA 1 concentrating on stress and the human experience.
Mr. Reynan S. Salo, the program facilitator, went into detail on the cycle of experience and distress. He emphasized that one can find the best method to respond to any existing demand by appropriately mapping their experience inside these cycles. The participants were also allowed to share their thoughts and experiences through the small and big group discussions.
The GINHAWA I program took place at the Villa Imelda Farm Resort in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon on December 5, 2022.
